Guyver Season Three: Episode 14

14. What Happens In Lansing

During a hunt, Sean trails a man following them around. Merrick Bio-Boosts threatens him only to find out that he’s a police officer of the Detroit Police Department, Sergeant Isaiah Jacobs. As the hunt continues, they find claw marks on the police truck. Along the way, Mel’s commanding officer again interferes with the hunt as it complicates the search for the Mecha-Zoanoid. During an assassination attempt on Merrick, he is ambushed by Sean’s Evil Counterpart. Merrick, already Bio-Boosted, tries to fend off the evil counterpart, but is too much to handle as Lionheart and Zektor appear in a post beatdown. With the numbers overwhelming Sean Bio-Boosts, as he was flanked by Vash evening the sides. During the chaos, Sean manages to de-armor Lionheart as the Mech Zoanoid reverts back to human form. Back at Zeus industries, Melanie begins to have visions of Mel’s death. Waking up in her bed, Melanie sees Mel sneaking off to an unknown location. The episode ends with Mel going after Sean’s evil counterpart alone.

Today's lesson is on The Steiner Brothers. For those that don't know them here is the lesson for you today .. 

Scott and Rick Steiner are a tag team of brothers who changed history. They both are also solo wrestlers and still have an influence on current Wrestling. Rick's son is on WWE currently as Bron Breakker.

The team debuted in 1989 and competed in Extreme Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling and the World Wrestling Federation.

The brothers reunited on the independent circuit in the early 2000s, and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in May 2007. They are the first tag team to hold the WWF World Tag Team Championship, the WCW World Tag Team Championship, and the IWGP Tag Team Championship.

On November 1, 1989, in Atlanta, Georgia, the Steiners defeated the Freebirds for the NWA World Tag Team titles; the title change would air on the November 18 episode of World Championship Wrestling. They held the titles until May 19, 1990, when they were defeated by Doom in Washington, D.C. at Capital Combat.

The Steiners defeated The Midnight Express for the NWA United States Tag Team Championship on August 24, 1990, in East Rutherford, New Jersey. During their title reign, World Championship Wrestling rebranded the championships they owned and controlled, and the title was renamed the WCW United States Tag Team Championship. Upon winning the WCW World Tag Team Championship on February 18, 1991 (the title change aired on the March 9 episode of WCW Pro Wrestling), the Steiners vacated the WCW United States Tag Team Championship on February 20, 1991. They were the second team ever to hold both the WCW World and United States Tag Team titles at once. After the Steiners won the IWGP Tag Team Championship from Hiroshi Hase and Kensuke Sasaki on March 21, 1991, WCW announcers began referring to them as "Triple Crown Champions".

At the same time, Scott was being groomed as a singles performer. On WCW's weekend TBS shows (WCW Power Hour, WCW Saturday Night, and WCW Main Event). There was a special "gauntlet" match segment where a performer was picked to wrestle a top star on each show on that weekend, winning the sum of $15,000 USD (kayfabe) if they defeated all three. Scott was the second to run the gauntlet, with his second opponent being Ric Flair. Because the Four Horsemen clumsily interfered, Steiner beat Flair by pinfall. He would then get a title match against Flair at Clash of the Champions XIV: Dixie Dynamite on January 30, 1991, which ended in a time limit draw. and began teasing a heel turn when he teamed with Marcus Bagwell against Steve Austin and Brian Pillman on an Oct 10th, 1992 episode of WCW Worldwide. During the match Bagwell was injured when he was attacked Arn Anderson and when Scott went to tag Bagwell he was unable to. An angry Scott then kicked Bagwell and slammed him into the ring where he was attacked by Austin and Pillman who then won the match. Scott would go on to win the WCW World Television Championship from Ricky Steamboat on October 17, 1992. The heel turn which Scott was undergoing was later aborted upon the Steiner Brothers leaving WCW for the World Wrestling Federation after being lowballed on their contract renewal by then-WCW head Bill Watts

The Steiners left WCW in November 1992, with Scott vacating the WCW World Television Championship. They quickly signed contracts with the World Wrestling Federation, making their televised debut as babyfaces in an interview on the December 21, 1992, edition of WWF Prime Time Wrestling.

 During their WWF run, emphasis would be placed on their accomplishments at the University of Michigan, including using Michigan's fight song The Victors as their entrance music and wearing Michigan-themed ring attire. They appeared on the debut episode of Monday Night Raw on January 11, 1993.[6] They made their WWF pay-per-view debut on January 24, 1993, at the 1993 Royal Rumble, defeating The Beverly Brothers. At WrestleMania IX on April 4, 1993, the Steiner Brothers defeated The Headshrinkers.

Following WrestleMania IX, the Steiners began feuding with Money Inc. At King of the Ring 1993 on June 13, 1993, the Steiners and The Smoking Gunns defeated The Headshrinkers and Money, Inc.[9] The following evening, at the June 14, 1993 television taping, the Steiners defeated Money, Inc. for the WWF Tag Team Championship in Columbus, Ohio. (The Steiners were still babyfaces in the match despite Columbus being home to Michigan's archrival, Ohio State.) Money, Inc. regained the titles on June 16, 1993, at a house show in Rockford, Illinois, but lost the titles to the Steiners once again at another house show on June 19, 1993, in St. Louis, Missouri. 

The Steiners successfully defended their titles against The Heavenly Bodies on August 30, 1993, at SummerSlam 1993. On the September 13, 1993 episode of Raw in New York City, New York, the Steiners defended their titles against The Quebecers in a "Province of Quebec rules" match, wherein titles can change hands via disqualification. The match ended when the manager of The Quebecers, Johnny Polo, threw a hockey stick into the ring, which was about to be used by Jacques, however, Scott took it away and began to hit him with it as the referee turned around, thus, he disqualified the Steiner Brothers, awarding the title to The Quebecers. Scott gained a measure of revenge by defeating Pierre in a singles match the following week on Raw.

At the 1993 Survivor Series on November 24, 1993, the Steiners teamed with Lex Luger and The Undertaker as "The All-Americans". The All-Americans defeated their opponents, "The Foreign Fanatics" (Yokozuna, Crush, Ludvig Borga and Jacques), although Luger was the sole survivor.

(nWo), the Steiners began feuding with The Outsiders, who had won the WCW World Tag Team Championship from Harlem Heat. The Steiners spent the entirety of 1997 and into 1998 feuding with the duo of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. They also feuded with other nWo members like Vicious and Delicious and continued to have matches with Harlem Heat. On the August 4, 1997 episode of Nitro The Steiners introduced Ted DiBiase as their new manager, who led them to two tag team championships.

The beginning of Scott's heel turn began in late 1997/early 1998 when he, now with increased muscle mass, having cut his signature mullet, and sporting a goatee, started a feud with Buff Bagwell over who had the better physique, as well as developing a short fuse with his temper. Scott and Rick began having problems teaming up, as Scott would often not tag his brother into matches. The team entered 1998 as the tag team champions, but the dissention caused them to lose the belts. It was not the end of the team's troubles, as Scott would often wrestle a whole match by himself, refuse to tag Rick when he would need to leave the ring, and would often keep the referee distracted with his own antics. On the February 2, 1998 edition of Nitro, things appeared to come to a head when Scott scored the victory in a tag team match against Nash and Bagwell by pinning Bagwell without making a tag to Rick, and Rick screamed and yelled at his brother for his actions. One week later, however, the duo won the WCW World Tag Team Championship again.

The final straw came at SuperBrawl VIII on February 22, 1998, when the brothers would face The Outsiders again.Midway through the match, Rick knocked both Hall and Nash out of the ring while both attempted to attack him behind the referee's back and celebrated by running around the ring barking while Scott entered the ring to celebrate with him. Scott then attacked Rick by hitting him in the back, followed by a double underhook powerbomb. Scott then assaulted DiBiase as well, and abandoned his brother to be taken out by Hall and Nash and signified that he was joining the nWo by personally handing Hall and Nash the championship belts himself. The next night on Monday Nitro, he adopted a new gimmick that was somewhat reminiscent of Superstar Billy Graham, dyeing his hair and goatee blond and increasing in muscle mass even further, damaging his agility.

The two brothers had a feud that also involved Scott's new partner Buff Bagwell, while Rick teamed with a variety of partners including Kenny Kaos, Lex Luger and Bagwell's mother Judy. The Steiners reunited at Slamboree 1999 and on August 7, 2000, not so much as a tag team but they were both heels who watched each other's backs. They lost to Kevin Nash and Sting on Monday Night Nitro. On March 5, 2001, they reunited for their last WCW match as a tag team as they lost to Booker T and Diamond Dallas Page on Monday Night Nitro.

When WCW closed in March 2001, the two went their separate ways again. 

 While Scott was out for his injury, Team 3D demanded his return and teased his near-death injury. The duo then appeared and attacked Team 3D at Victory Road, costing them their World Tag Team titles. At Hard Justice, the Steiner Brothers defeated Team 3D. On the August 16 episode of Impact!, the Steiner brothers lost in a Handicap match to Kurt Angle after interference from Team 3D, heating up their feud. At Bound for Glory the Steiner brothers defeated Team 3D in a two out of three falls tables match. The following month at Genesis, the Steiners received a tag team title shot against A.J. Styles and Tomko, but were unsuccessful. On January 29, 2008, however, Rick was released from TNA, breaking up the Steiners once again. Scott left TNA in February 2010 and returned in February 2011. He was released by TNA in March 2012.

Before Scott's release from TNA, he reunited with Rick as they lost to The New Age Outlaws (B.G. James and Kip James) refereed by Mick Foley at PWS WrestleReunion IV in Los Angeles on January 28, 2012. On June 23, 2013, The Steiner Brothers defeated Homicide and Eddie Kingston at a House of Hardcore event.

On September 21, 2013, The Steiner Brothers reunited at the American Pro Wrestling Alliance defeating Viper and Bulldozer in Shinnston, West Virginia for Frontier Days. They would return to the American Pro Wrestling Alliance again on January 11, 2014, to face former Atlanta Falcon, Moose and APWA World Heavyweight Champion, "The Black Superman" ONYX. The Steiners were already confirmed for three APWA shows in 2014.

On September 6, 2014, The Steiner Brothers reunited in Wichita Falls, Texas for Pure Action Championship Wrestling's Brawl In The Falls III, winning and becoming the promotion's final tag team champions. On October 20, 2014, The Steiner Brothers defeated Dynasty members Jarrod Michaels and Scotty Biggs at SSCW "Breaking the Law" in Nashville, Georgia. On November 29, 2014, The Steiner Brothers defeated The Rock N' Roll Express, The Faces of Fear and George South and Tom Prichard at WrestleCade 2014.

On February 29, 2020, they teamed with a 79 year old Dory Funk Jr. to defeat Blain Rage, Jake Logan, and Shane Chung in a 6 tag at Funk's FC !Bang! promotion in Ocala, Florida.

On April 1, 2022, the Steiner Brothers were inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame. They also appeared on stage the following night at WrestleMania 38.

Guyver Season Three: Episode 13

 

13. Attack In District 313
Sean’s evil counterpart becomes concerned about running out of Armored Zoanoids. This causes celebration from The Zeus Crew. Zektor decides to go rogue, forcing him to go on a rampage throughout Detroit. This leads him to a High School, where he massacres a ton of faculty members. The Zeus crew take notice of this, as Sean asks the team to standby as he and Atkins deem the in-fused Zektor too dangerous. Sean races to the school where Zektor is about to kill the Captain of the Football team. Sean bio-boosts and battles Zektor, spilling into the courtyard of the school. Little does Sean know a Chronos Sniper is ready to take him out until Vash arrives and intercepts him. On the ground, Chronos Agents raid the school attempting to take hostages, but Merrick leads Detroit PD into an all-out battle. Vash helps even the odds with Sean, but the numbers are deemed too much as Sean’s evil counterpart arrives giving out marching orders. The mysterious warrior comes to the aid of Sean and Vash attacking the opposition as the three manage to get rid of the Chronos Sniper. Afterwards, the mysterious warrior lays out Vash as he still confirms his allegiance to Frieza. As the episode ends, Mel’s commanding officer orders her to return home as it is revealed that she dies in a final battle against Sean Balcus.

Guyver Season Three: Episode 12

12. Monkey Business
The team asks Mel about their futures in the other timeline as she is about to reveal everything, a time-portal opens as the commanding officer of Zeus forces her to return. Mel refuses until Sean’s evil counterpart is brought to justice. Hearing the news from a spy employee, the evil counterpart uses this to his advantage and unleashes an armored Ramotith on the innocent at a banquet nearby. Zektor arrives as Merrick and Vash deal with the two Zoanoids. The Zeus duo get the upperhand until Two Chronos agents arrive. Sean arrives with Krillin to help even the odds. Security and Chronos enter the fray. Through the mist of the chaos Mel spots Balcus and gives chase. Back inside the banquet hall Krillin and The rest of the Zeus Crew continue their battle with Chronos. Krillin manages to de-armor Ramotith back to human form as he tries to take down Zektor afterwards. Outta nowhere, Another mysterious Warrior attacks Krillin from behind as The Zeus crew attempts to regroup. After the attack, the mysterious warrior disappears and appears to be pledging his allegiance to Frieza. As the episode ends, Zektor, enraged, starts going on Rampage after fusing himself with Elegan.

WWE Women’s World Championship Match
Liv Morgan defeated Rhea Ripley (w "Dirty" Dom Mysterio) via Pinfall (15:45)


Chris/Jey says: I for one thought this match was Cinema. Even though Mami didn’t win, there were a lot of good spots. Such as Rhea Ripley popping her shoulder back in after hitting the table. Daddy Dom also played a factor, as he played us all! Rhea Ripley could’ve reclaimed the Women’s World Championship, but Dom had distracted the referee. It was really cinematic, but it is what it is. Aye Mami, LET’S GO TO the Waffle House really soon! In all seriousness though the payoff was done really well as we finally got some answers.

Tiki says: The start of our little summer party in Cleveland, Ohio. Rhea Ripley finally had the chance to reclaim her Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan. It was a great opening match with a lot of good spots with both Rhea and Liv showing what they can do in the Wrestling Ring. Liv Morgan was able to retain her Women’s Championship with a few assists from “Dirty” Dom Mysterio… a very good match to start the Premium Live Event with a big “surprise” at the end. Dom Mysterio really turned against Rhea Ripley and helped Liv Morgan several times during the match in a very smart way.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn(C) via Pinfall (05:45) > TITLE CHANGE!

 Chris/Jey says: MY DAWG Sami Zayn had this match, but this match went by really quick. It only took Bron Breakker only a few minutes. I feel this match could’ve gone longer, as the over the past few weeks was tremendous. I mean get why they did it, but would’ve wanted to see this match go for at least a few more minutes. I mean it all it took was a few suplexes and a spear to finish the job. I really wish this could’ve gone longer, but again it is what it is. My Dawg Sami Zayn will get another shot this coming Monday on August 12, 2024. I’m also curious to see which superstar steps up to the NEW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION. Maybe we will get some Breakker Math reminiscent of his Uncle “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner.


 Tiki says: Bron Breakker is one of the fastest rising stars currently on the WWE Roster, his speed and power make him a threat to everyone who steps inside the Ropes with him. At Money in the Bank Sami Zayn was able to retain his Intercontinental Championship. But what happened at Summerslam? Bron Breakker was finally able to win his first Singles Championship after the Main Roster Draft in April 2024, congratulations! But we have to talk about Sami Zayn here, a guy who deserved this singles Championship run and did a great job after his title win at Wrestlemania 40. Now the question is what is next for Sami Zayn? We know that he has a rematch on this week's edition of Monday Night Raw but will he be able to beat Bron Breakker? That's a question I can’t answer here. Overall this was a very good but in my opinion short match both deserved a little bit more time to showcase their talent, because i think they have a great chemistry.

LA Knight defeated Logan Paul (w Machine Gun Kelly) (C) via Pinfall (12:00) > TITLE CHANGE!

Chris/Jey says:The Championship match of the night and the third title change. This was really….and I mean really well deserved. LA Knight worked his butt off to win his first single title especially against former Champion Logan Paul. After months of waiting he finally won. At the start of the match the MEGASTAR didn’t waste any time and took right to the YouTube star. On top of that he broke a window of the Prime Energy Tour Bus. I have to give Logan Paul credit though, his performance as a WWE Superstar is off the charts. The moves he’s able to pull off astound even me. 273 days is a pretty impressive reign though as now we ask the question. Who is next to challenge LA Knight for the United States Championship.

Tiki says: The third match of the night was another title match and… another title change! Finally LA Knight was able to win singles Championship gold in the WWE after months and months waiting for this moment. It was a great match as expected, Logan Paul really delivers great Matches with every opponent he has faced even though he hasn't been doing the Wrestling thing for a very long time he has improved and we have to give him credit for that. I’m very happy for LA Knight because he deserved it, he finally became a Champion in the WWE. And after 273 Days and only 3 matches Logan Paul lost the Championship he won at Wrestlemania 40 against Rey Mysterio. Who will now step up as the next Challenger for LA Knights United States Championship? (congrats to LA Knight and a big thank you to Logan Paul, yes he only had 3 Matches since winning the belt but he always improved)

Nia Jax defeated Bayley (C) via Pinfall (12:35) > TITLE CHANGE!

Chris/Jey says: In the fourth match, we had yet another title change, as my cuz, Nia Jax finally earned her stripes. Triple H on twitter stated that Nia was close to being rewarded and boy was she awarded. I have to give probably to homegirl Bayley though that powerbomb off the turnbuckle was amazing. On top of that Ms. Money in the Bank winner made an appearance as she tried to cash-in, but Bayley stopped her. Regardless, through the chaos my cousin was able to pull it off. Now can Nia trust Tiffany with the case? I can’t answer that. Only Nia and Tiffany can. It will be interesting to see how Nia and Tiffany can co-exist now.

Tiki says: Since her return to the WWE Nia Jax really showed what she can bring to the WWE Women’s Division. She only had solid matches and was impressed with new moves and very good mic work. She was my favorite to win the Queen of the Ring Tournament because Nia deserved to get a Main Event Push. At Summerslam Bayley had to defend her WWE Women’s Championship against the Queen of the Ring and for me.. This was the most unexpected Title Change of the Premium Live Event. Yes, Nia Jax improved and she showed us that she is able to have great Matches but was it the right call to let her win the Championship from Bayley who carried a lot of the Damage Control Storyline before Wrestlemania? Bayley title reign was only 118 days since her winning the Championship at Wrestlemania 40 and i don’t think it was needed. The whole feud between Nia and Bayley should go for a few weeks/months before Nia should win the Championship. I really like Nia Jax and i really like Bayley… and these two deserved more time to build up a good feud.

Special Guest Referee Singles Match #RollinsRules
Drew McIntyre defeated CM Punk (17:00) via Pinfall (Seth Rollins was the Special Guest Referee)

Chris/Jey says: This match was definitely personal as Drew pushed CM Punk’s buttons. From stealing his bracelet to mentioning Punk’s wife AJ Lee and dog. This feud went as far as getting physical with referees, officials, and RAW General Manager Adam Pearce. Luckily, Seth Rollins stepped in to enforce his rules. Unfortunately, both CM Punk and Seth Rollins were outsmarted by The Scottish Warrior. This entire storyline kept me at the edge of my seat as I didn’t know who Seth was going to count out as The Visionary hates both of them. Towards the end Seth Rollins was trying to do the right thing, but got GTS for it. I’m curious to see what happens afterward as this is looking like we’re getting a Triple Threat match in the near future. I don’t want to jump to conclusions though as this is one out of the four top storylines being right now in the WWE. I mean from the looks of it, Seth Rollins seems to be detouring from it after being ambushed, by Bronson Reed this past Monday, but I guess we’ll see what happens.

Tiki says: For many Wrestling Fans around the World this was the most anticipated match of the Night. The big WWE in-ring return of CM Punk against “the Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre. The feud between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre had a very good build up over the last couple of Months and even without them getting physical. It was a very good match with a great special Referee, Seth Rollins. Seth Rollins did a great job as Special Referee, the Rollins Rules Match as he called it on RAW delivered and Seth also played his important part for a future feud against CM Punk. before the Special Guest Referee role was announced, i was hoping for a Triple Threat Match between Seth, Drew and CM Punk but i understand they don’t wanna do Punk vs. Rollins before Wrestlemania? (i think this is where we gonna see this match, but i’m not a expert). Now we have to see if the feud between Punk and McIntyre is really finished, or if they will have another match against each other. CM Punk looked very good in this match, and i’m looking forward seeing him competing again in a WWE Ring. honorable mention: the fan made Bracelet!

Gunther defeated Damian Priest (w Finn Balor) (C) via Submission (16:40) > TITLE CHANGE!

Chris/Jey says: This was the final title change of the night. Damian Priest proved to be a real babyface here as Finn Balor screwed him out of the World Heavyweight Championship. Just like his Terror Twin Rhea he was betrayed by one of his own. After months of buildup, the betrayal was set as both Dominick and Finn were revealed to be in cahoots with current Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. Earlier in the night Damian Priest was looking for Dominick, but Finn had told him to focus as JD McDonaugh, Carlito and himself were going to look for the young Mysterio. I for one thought that was off a bit, but now we are in for another Civil War within The Judgment Day. The question now is who’s going to step up and team with the Terror Twins. Well I still have beef with The Wannabe Judgment Day, you know if Mami and Senor are looking for someone to throw down with, let me know. YEET!

Tiki says: I'm not sure where to start here, because this is another feud that deserved way more time for a good build up. Gunther won the King of the Ring Crown and a title shot against Damian Priest at the King of the Ring Tournament in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This was a great match with an expected “turn” by Finn Balor against Damian Priest who cost him the Championship at the end of the Match. Priest did an amazing job as Champion, and the Fans really got invested into his character over the last couple of weeks thanks to Gunther's great Promo work as heel. Priest was Champion for 118 days, after winning the Championship at Wrestlemania 40 by cashing in his Money in the Bank Briefcase, which caused the turn against his friend and tag team Partner. As we already learned at this weeks Edition of Monday Night Raw, Gunther will now defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton in Germany at Bash in Berlin.

WWE Undisputed Championship Bloodline Rules Match
Cody Rhodes (C) defeated Solo Sikoa via Pinfall (25:50)

Chris/Jey says: The Main Event of the Night is the Bloodline Rules match in which my uce Cody Rhodes retained. A lot of stuff went down during this match, Tama Tonga and Tonga got involved, but my boy Cody had some back up…..no it wasn’t me. Thank God, KO and Randy Orton showed up when they did. The Ref took a couple bumps and Cody was doing good til Jacob Fatu showed up. Again, Cody got LUCKY! When the dust settled a familiar entrance, I thought we wouldn’t hear again. The OTC “Original Tribal Chief” returns taking out Solo allowing my boy Cody Rhodes to retain. The build up could’ve been executed better as Jacob and Tama Tonga didn’t have to win the titles to elevate The “Bootleg” Bloodline. Also, I think they could’ve inserted Jimmy into the build-up as well instead of having him return as a side character. I mean get why they built this up the way they did, but come on WWE has a chance to push Jimmy Uso as a legitimate singles star. Overall, I really enjoyed this match as it sets off the long awaited Bloodline Civil War Sequel. The First Bloodline Civil War did a tremendous build, but now you have players coming into play. Such as Hikeleo and Future stat Zilla Fatu. What’s even more interesting is which superstars joins The Bloodline Originals against Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline as everyone hates Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso.

Tiki says: Bloodline Rules, we’ve been here before! At Wrestlemania 40 Cody Rhodes was able to capture the WWE Undisputed Championship against Roman Reigns in a Bloodline Rules Match, which basically means: “hey everything goes”. The night before SummerSlam Cody challenged Solo Sikoa to this type of match and as Arn Anderson said, stepped inside a sling. For weeks and weeks the Bloodline attacked Cody Rhodes and his Friends Randy Orton and Kevin Owens, injured them and tried to isolate Cody. A lot of fans (including me) expected Jimmy Uso to make his return before Summerslam to help Cody Rhodes against Solo Sikoa and his new Bloodline, but that didn’t happen. So Cody was basically in a 1 versus 4 Situation before the Match started. In my opinion this was a good match between Cody and Solo. they had great chemistry together and i think this isn’t the last 1 on 1 Match between the two. Solo deserves some extra praise here, because he did very well and surprised a lot of fans. It was also great to see Randy Orton and Kevin Owens making their returns during the match as backup for Cody Rhodes. Cody was able to retain the WWE Undisputed Championship after getting help from Roman Reigns who made his long awaited return as the “OTC” (Original Tribal Chief). Now we have to wait and see how this Story will continue and if Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns will finally team up after almost feuding for 2 ½ Years against Solo Sikoa’s new Bloodline. Honorable mention: Jacob Fatu, who again did amazing. I really hope he isn’t injured.

The First Lady of Professional Wrestling

For my fellow Wrestling fans you all should know who the first lady of Wrestling should be it's Miss Elizabeth if you don't know...

Who is she??
She is a female valet who changed Wrestling history.

She married Macho Man Randy Savage in December 1984.

June 17, 1985, "Macho Man" Randy Savage debuted in the World Wrestling Federation. At that time, the WWF featured an angle in which all the managers in the promotion competed to offer their services to Savage. During a match on July 30, 1985, in Poughkeepsie, New York, several managers were at ringside in hopes that he would name one of them as his new manager. After the match, Savage thanked the managers for their consideration and then asked that his new manager come to ringside. An attractive, unnamed woman then came down to the ring, and announcer Jesse Ventura remarked, "She must be some sort of movie star," referring to her glamorous sex appeal. It was later revealed that her name was "Miss Elizabeth". Elizabeth's WWF debut was taped on July 30, 1985, and aired on the August 24, 1985 edition of WWF Prime Time Wrestling.

Miss Elizabeth's first major angle was during Savage's feud with George "The Animal" Steele in 1986.  In the angle, Steele fell in love with Elizabeth, angering Savage and leading to a series of grudge matches between him and Steele. Their feud was one of the WWF's most popular of the 1980s; it carried on for more than a year, thanks to the feral Steele's continued innocent crush on Elizabeth.

After "injuring" Ricky Steamboat's larynx, Savage lost his WWF Intercontinental Championship to Steamboat at WrestleMania III on March 29, 1987. Steamboat later lost the title to The Honky Tonk Man, whose insistence that he was "the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time" instigated a challenge from Savage, the former champion. In their match, which aired on Saturday Night's Main Event XII in September 1987, Honky shoved Elizabeth to the mat before assaulting Savage with a guitar. Elizabeth ran backstage and persuaded Hulk Hogan to rescue Savage, running off Honky and his allies, Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart.Throughout the Savage-Honky feud, a key point was Honky's claim that Elizabeth secretly wanted him more than Savage. In several of their matches, Honky would try to corner Elizabeth, although Savage would always beat him back. In other Savage-Honky matches, a woman named "Peggy Sue" (usually Sherri Martel, or a dressed-up Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart) would harass Elizabeth at ringside, creating an advantage for Honky. At the 1987 Slammy Awards, Honky named Elizabeth "Woman of the Year," but the honor was only to harass her and anger Savage; Savage quickly ran Honky off.

In February 1988, Hulk Hogan, who had been the champion and the foundation upon which the WWF's popularity was built, lost the WWF World Heavyweight Championship to André the Giant. André then sold the belt to the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase due to an arrangement that they had prior to the match. President Jack Tunney declared that the title cannot be forfeited to another individual. A tournament was held at WrestleMania IV to declare a new champion, which Macho Man Randy Savage won, pinning DiBiase in the finals.Throughout mid-1988, Elizabeth accompanied Savage to ringside for his lengthy series of title defences against DiBiase

After Savage and Sherri began a heated feud with "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes and Sapphire near the end of 1989, Miss Elizabeth joined forces with Rhodes and Sapphire at WrestleMania VI in April 1990, where the two couples were engaged in the WWF's first mixed tag team match. When Sherri attempted to help Savage double-team Rhodes, Miss Elizabeth grabbed Sherri by the hair. While the two women faced off, Sapphire took advantage of the situation, kneeling down behind Sherri just as Miss Elizabeth pushed her. Sherri lost her balance and gave Sapphire enough advantage to pin Sherri for the win. Elizabeth continued to appear on the house show circuit with Dusty Rhodes and Sapphire from May 1990 until August 1990 in mixed tag team matches against Randy Savage and Sherri Martel, with Savage and Sherri adding Brother Love to their corner to counteract Elizabeth. From August 1990, she took a hiatus from appearing at WWF events.

Miss Elizabeth did not appear on WWF television until WrestleMania VII in March 1991, where she was in the audience for a retirement match between Savage and the Ultimate Warrior. After Savage lost the match, Sherri began beating and kicking the defeated Savage until Elizabeth entered the ring and defended Savage by grabbing Sherri by the hair and throwing her out of the ring.[6] Savage punctuated the reunion by holding down the ring ropes for Elizabeth after years of her doing it for him.

On June 17, 1991, during the taping of WWF Superstars of Wrestling in an in-ring segment with Gene Okerlund announcing, Savage proposed to Miss Elizabeth, which she accepted. The couple then held a heavily promoted on-air wedding billed as "the Match Made in Heaven" in August 1991, at SummerSlam 1991 (in actuality, the couple had married on December 30, 1984). At the wedding reception, Elizabeth opened a gift package containing a live snake, which frightened her; newly turned-heel Jake "The Snake" Roberts and the Undertaker crashed the reception and attacked Savage. This started a feud between Roberts and Savage, where Elizabeth quickly figured prominently.
The first high-profile Savage-Roberts match was on December 3, 1991, at the Tuesday in Texas pay-per-view event, where, after Savage gained a pinfall victory, Roberts beat down Savage, then forced Elizabeth to beg him to stop the beating. Apparently dissatisfied with her begging, Roberts grabbed her by the hair and slapped her across her face. On the February 8, 1992 Saturday Night's Main Event XXX, Roberts, with a steel chair in tow, was waiting in the backstage area for Elizabeth and Savage to come through the curtain after a match. Roberts was about to strike Elizabeth with the chair, but Undertaker stopped him. This started Undertaker's feud with his former ally.
In early 1992, WWF Champion Ric Flair began to brag that he dated Elizabeth before Savage met her. Flair's tagline was, "She was mine before she was yours." He showed photos of himself with Elizabeth in casual situations, which were later printed in an issue of WWF Magazine. It was later revealed that the photos were in fact pictures of Savage and Elizabeth, which Flair had doctored. Flair, with Mr. Perfect as his "executive consultant", said that they were going to show a nude photo of Elizabeth on the screen at WrestleMania VIII, although this did not occur. Nonetheless, Flair's claims set up his WrestleMania VIII match with Savage. During the match on April 5, 1992, Elizabeth made her way to ringside, against the wishes of WWF officials. After Savage pinned Flair to win the WWF Championship, an angry Flair cornered Elizabeth and forcibly began to kiss her; Elizabeth slapped Flair away, and Savage began beating Flair until ring officials separated them.

On January 23, 1996, Miss Elizabeth returned to wrestling as manager for Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan at Clash of the Champions XXXII. Only 3 weeks later, on February 11, 1996, Elizabeth turned on Randy Savage by helping Ric Flair defeat him at SuperBrawl VI and then became Flair's co-manager in the Four Horsemen along with Woman.

Towards the end of 1999, Elizabeth became much more physically involved in the action than she had ever been. Her new vicious side would be ever so apparent at Starrcade 1999 when she struck Sting with his own baseball bat.

In February 2000, Elizabeth managed the short-lived partnership between Lex Luger and Ric Flair. The three of them were known as Team Package. Shortly thereafter, Team Package went their separate ways as they fought various members of The New Blood.

Elizabeth engaged in short-lived feuds with Vince Russo and Kimberly Page. On May 8, 2000, Elizabeth wrestled in her first official match against Daffney. Elizabeth worked with Kimberly Page for the remainder of May 2000.

Elizabeth's final WCW appearance was on the May 29, 2000 edition of WCW Monday Nitro and Elizabeth quietly left World Championship Wrestling on August 17, 2000, when her contract with WCW.

Lex Luger called 911 on May 1, 2003 saying Miss Elizabeth wasn't breathing.. she died due to accute toxicity from pain killers and vodka. Her death was ruled a accident.

Guyver Season Three: Episode 11

 

11. Hard Bounty

After the events of last episode, the frantic search for Mizky as the team divides into teams. During the search Chelsea finds a romantic note to Sean from Mizky confessing her love for him and as she decides to give it to him after finding her. Zektor notifies Sean's evil counterpart and dispatches Minodlius to destroy the team. During the second day Sean and Merrick both bio-boost and get into a physical confrontation as Sean loses control of his emotions. The team lets them fight it out as it’s the only way to get them on the same page. The fight makes their way to the coffee shop, but before Sean can do anymore damage Deke stops the fight as he has located Mizky. Sean finally calms down and the two friends shake on it, but Zektor, Mindlius, and two Chronos Agents arrive ambushing Sean. Merrick enters the fray taking out everyone, but the numbers game comes into play. Vash arrives attempting to even up the numbers game, but like a pack of wolves is taken down. Vegeta, seeing the chaos, joins the fight as a pier six brawl erupts at the coffee shop. Detroit PD and The National Guard arrive de-escalating the fight momentarily, but the brawl breaks out again. In the final moments, Sean and Merrick manage to de-armor Minodlius back to human form, as Detroit PD shoots him down as he attempts to attack Chelsea who arrives at the scene. Towards the episode end, Sean speeds to Mizky’s location at his childhood home. He is then confronted by his evil counterpart who is holding Mizky at the throat ready to do the deed, but escapes letting Mizky free.

The Recycler

    Have you ever heard the phrase "Money does grow on trees?!" Well that is a tale I'm about to tell you today. .... Approximately two years ago Deacon and I went to a stripclub one day by the name of SCORES. There was a lot of fun and dancing. Mostly by the women. The wait around took a while, but it was worth it. As the night went by, there was A LOT......and I mean A LOT of thirsty men. At one point, there was an old man around his early 60's had private dance, after private dance all with in intervals of 10 minutes apart.  I looked at Deacon as both us pulled out or $20 bills.

    "I think it's our turn now." I tell him. 

    "OH YEAH!" He says with enthusiam. 

    Two dancers then had gone up to us as Deacon and I had gone into the private. I have to tell you it was quite the experience for both of us. Deacon was the lucky one though as he got one for free. How did he get one for free? Well he had a found a $20 bill siting the seat next to him.
    "Excuse me. I found this $20 on the seat next me." He tells the dancer.
    "Well if it doesn't belong to anyone then, it's yours and I'lll take it." The dancer says as she continues the private dance.

    "Sounds good to me!" Deacon exclaims joy

     As both our private dances come to an end, we headed back to the front, where Deacon was down to his last dollar. Out of nowhere, a random dollar bill came floating in the air and landing right on his lap. I also wanted a dollar, so I took one from the stage. However, I didn't realize it was the entertainers. As I kept doing this, one of the dancer notified the bouncers. As they walked up to us, the bouncer looked like he was ready to throw us out.

    "So the dancers say you were taking dollar bills from the stage and using it tip to the girls." He says as he stares at me dead in the eyes.

    "Well she dropped on stage, I was givtng the dollar back to her." I answered back trying to defend myself. 
    "That's fine, but I'll let you off with a warning....Don't ever do that again." The bouncer says as he let's us be.

    As the soon as the bouncer left. The all dancers started gossiping. I had decided to apoligize do the dancers. 

    "I'm sorry, I was doing that." I said with sincerity. 

     "It's okay........RECYCLER." The dancer replies back sarcasitcally. 

    Throughout the night, I was dubbed The Recycler by most of the dancers. Towards the end of the night the bouncer walks up to us and sees that we weren't buying anything. 

    "Excuse me boys if you're not going to get anything, I'm going to have to ask you to leave the premise." He says to the two of us escorting us out of the club. So the morale of the story is ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU RECYCLE! ♽
