Ronin Season Two


1. Goodbye Says It All
The second season leaves off just a couple months from where the previous season left off. In a flashback the Ronins are attending the funeral of Mia’s Grandfather who had just died at the stab of Talpa’s sword. In present day, this causes Mia to have a fallout with the Ronins as she blames them for her Grandfather’s death. As we return back to the present day, Kira is on the run from an unknown group of men wearing skull masks who ends up hunting her down in Chicago. She goes into hiding at the Ronins’ old hut until they arrive seeking their protection. During a night mission, the Ronins hunt down a killer known as Coyote Stark. Detective Morgan who is now in support of The Ronins joins in the manhunt and encounters him at an old warehouse and a battle breaks out. Kento, Sage, Rowen, Cye, and Ryo are manhandled by this mysterious new foe. Ryo in over his head tries to go for the final blow but is taken down easily. Morgan tries to go for a headshot but is slightly pierced through the shoulder as the adversary is too quick for him. As Coyote Stark escapes he tells them that “the girl will pay.” With that message Ryo and the others contemplate what he means. They head back to the hut and find Kira hiding at their newly advanced hut and ask for their protection. The episode ends with Mia walking home from the cemetery, saying her final goodbyes to her grandfather, when two thugs attack her. She is then saved by a Zorro-like vigilante. Before she can say thank you, he vanishes and leaves a red rose for her.

2. A Knight To Remember
With Kira now in the protection of the Ronins, Ryo decides to treat her out to Medieval Times. Sage and Cye end up tagging along in which Coyote Stark ruins their day. The episode shifts to Wright College as Mia meets Darien who asks her out on a date but Rowen arrives and asks her to come back to the team. She declines Rowen but he insists, causing tension between Darien and himself. Kento is then on the lookout for Coyote Stark as he wants to get him before he gets the jump on them. He then receives a phone call from Detective Morgan getting some interesting information on Stark. Meanwhile at Medieval Times, Kira, Ryo, Sage, and Cye are enjoying their time when Coyote Stark appears along with two other mysterious men in skull masks. Ryo, Sage, and Cye armor up and hop the barricade. Ryo tells Kira to run but she refuses only to stay and fight. A battle breaks out and Kira kills an Espada. Cye pierces his opponent and Sage disarms him forcing them to surrender. Ryo and Kira then have trouble with Coyote Stark. Sage and Cye come to their aid but Stark disarms the two Ronins. About to deliver the final blow, Ryo tries to stop him only to get pierced in the shoulder. Kento arrives and knocks out Coyote Stark with his Iron Bo Staff. CPD arrives and Coyote Starrk is taken in. He tries to escape but Kira throws a dart to his spine paralyzing him. Toward the episode’s end a mysterious man approaches Dais's grave swearing vengeance on the ones responsible.

3. Food For Thought
The episode starts out with Coyote Starrk landing in jail and is visited by two men in skull masks. One of them pulls out a gun and kills him on the spot. It shifts to the Ronins as they decide to take Kira to a food fair in order to get her mind off her mysterious assassins. They arrive at the food fair and she asks why they are protecting her, to which Ryo answers that it’s their way of giving people second chances. The food fair is then interrupted by an assassin posing a chef. Sage, Rowen, Kento, and Cye give chase as Ryo sends Kira to safety. Meanwhile, Darien takes Mia out on a date. He is then forced to defend Mia after she is harassed by one of the customers. Back at the food fair the four Ronins minus Ryo chase the assassin to the garage as he tries to run them over. Rowen then shoots an arrow through the windshield killing the assassin. They discover a mask just like the one Stark has. They return back to hut and contemplate who the skull mask men work for. At CPD a man in jackal armor is hacking the computers as Morgan catches him he then says the name Dais. He and Morgan then charge at each other as the episode ends.


4. Going Extreme
The vengeful armored warrior and Morgan brawl in the police station as he continues to search for the ones that killed his brother. Morgan unloads on the armored jackal but the fiend ends up getting the upper hand. Detective Morgan’s daughter arrives and begins shooting at him. The fiend detonates a bomb and Morgan rushes to his daughter, saving her. He is then sent to the hospital slightly injured. Meanwhile Sage and Kira end up spending the day bonding but another Skull masked assailant attacks them. They are then chased all over Chicago. Sage holds his own against the assailant but he proves too much, forcing Sage and Kira to retreat. Sage then remembers WWE is in town and goes to his old college friend Ronnie Monroe for some back up. Kira and Sage arrive at Allstate arena and find Ronnie. The Skull mask assailant arrives and an impromptu match occurs with Ronnie finishing the man in the skull mask with his Bdubs finisher. Sage then unmasks him not knowing who he is. Ryo visits Morgan in the hospital and asks who did this, giving the Ronin the details. Sage and Kira return to the hut where Rowen, Cye, and Kento discuss what happened to Detective Morgan. Episode ends with the jackal armored warrior watching them.



5. O Brother Where Art Thou
The episode begins in a flashback as an unknown cop guns down a man in a skull mask during a motorcycle chase. Before the masked man dies he swears vengeance on the cop. Shifting to present it is revealed that the cop is Cye’s future brother in law as he is preparing to marry Cye’s sister. Cye is then out Tuxedo shopping with his future brother as they are ambushed by an unknown sniper. Cye armors up and leaves his future brother-in-law to chase after the sniper but he is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Sage meets Darrien as he tries to convince Mia to rejoin the team but she refuses and leaves angrily. As Mia exits the cafe Cye gives her an invitation to the wedding and she reluctantly accepts bringing Darrien as her date. Cye tells the others what had happened and decides to protect the wedding with Sage, Rowen, Kento and Ryo each taking their own post. The wedding arrives and the ceremony begins. As both Cye’s sister and her fiance say their vows, Cye notices a telescopic light and ends up taking a bullet for him. Commotion strikes and Darrien takes Mia to escape to safety. Rowen sees the sniper and does battle with him. His bow and arrow are then outgunned by the shooter’s sniper. Kento saves Rowen as he throws a ninja star slightly injuring him. Everyone is saved as the wedding continues. The Ronins return to the hut and find a package laying on the ground. Ryo receives a phone call from a mysterious number warning him and the Ronins saying, “You don’t know me but, you will soon.” The package explodes and everyone ducks for cover as the episode ends.

 
6. Showdown in the Dawn
After receiving a phone call and the explosion at the hut, Ryo desperately asks Mia to trace the phone call but refuses. Rowen and the others head to CPD for questioning being asked about who sent the mysterious phone call but to no avail are not able to give a definite answer. Back at the hut, Ryo spots the Jackal armored warrior and chases after him leaving Mia and Darrien alone to fend for themselves against a dynasty ambush. Mia escapes as Darrien singlehandedly disposes the Dynasty Warriors one by one. At the police station, the other Ronins are ambushed by the sniper that attacked the wedding. Taking cover, Rowen takes out his bow and arrow in order to contend with the sniper. Cye then tells Rowen that they can take him down by blinding him. The plan works and Cye is able to spot the sniper and kill him while Sage and Kento escape with Kira keeping her safe. They find the body of the sniper as he is a man in a skull mask. The only difference is there is a tattoo on face with the number 3. The Ronins along with Kira return to the hut with Mia waiting for them stating that she wants back on the team and forgive them after thinking about a lot. Ryo then catches up to the Jackal armored warrior and asks why he is trying to kill us. The mysterious warrior states that he is returning the favor. His name is revealed to be Cale who is Dais’s older brother. Cale takes out his nodachi as Ryo prepares to defend himself unarmed and not armored. Cale charges at Ryo as the episode ends.



7. Into the Storm
As Cale and Ryo prepare to fight, they are interrupted by 2 mysterious agents who hold swords toward Cale’s neck asking him to stand down. Cale does so and leaves warning Ryo that this battle is far from over. Ryo asks them who they are as the agents explain that they are from a society. Ryo takes them back to the hut and explains that they are looking for a man known as Samuel Aizen. They tell the Ronins that the masked men they encountered are known as his espada. Kira enters the room and asks why they are after her. The 2 agents are not sure and ask for the Ronins help in bringing Aizen in. After careful consideration the Ronins decide to team up with 2 agents going by the names Rukia and Renji. Meanwhile, Cale returns to Dynasty Industries and takes over as permanent leader. Back at the Hut, the Ronins and Mia ask Rukia what it is about Aizen that is so important. They tell them Aizen was one of them until he went rogue and yearned for power. They tell the Ronins that Aizen is dangerous in hand to hand combat and lethal in sword duels. After Rukia and Renji exit the hut, they give the Ronins a dire warning when encountering Aizen, not to miss. While at Hueco Mundo the espada and a few exquias are surrounding the table as Aizen enters. He then proclaims that a storm is coming. Episode ends as the Espada raises their weapons as they prepare for battle starting with Yammy.



8. The Prodigal Son: Midseason Part 1
When Yammy invades a house and kills the parents of one of Ryo’s friends, The Ronins and Mia investigate. Helping them is a college student from Detroit, Michigan known as Sean Baker. Rowen has his suspicions as Sean is hiding something and asks Mia to help investigate him. At first she hesitates but agrees after Sean’s story doesn’t add up. Sean is then confronted by Rowen and the others about what he is really doing here. Sean then reveals that his parents were murdered by a humanoid monster. In which no one believes. He then tells them he will find the one thing responsible and get justice for his parents death. Ryo then realizes that the man that killed his friend’s parents was sent by Aizen as a message to get to Kira. Wanting to help, Sean decides to go after Yammy alone in which he tracks him to a warehouse near Highland Park. He is stopped by Ryo and The Ronins as Sean is about to confront Yammy. A battle breaks out and Yammy takes out Sage, Rowen, Cye, and Kento without a sweat. Ryo then attacks the fiend but is severely injured after getting tossed across the warehouse. Ryo is then injected by an unknown toxin. The four other Ronins recuperate and find that their friend is injected. Sean then helps Mia find an antidote for Ryo as the others continue to search for Yammy who is still on the loose. Kira then returns back to the hut as Talpa is seen alive and asks her to return to the Dynasty. She declines as Talpa warns her about Aizen and his army as the episode ends.


9. Parental Guidance Suggested: Midseason Part 2
Sean is able to save Ryo’s life as he and the rest of the team look on as Ryo gains consciousness. Mia and Cye are able to find out who Yammy’s next target is, forcing Sage, Kento and Rowen to go after him. The CPD arrive at a false location where Yammy ambushes them in result, placing Morgan in the hospital. Sage, Kento, and Rowen arrive but Yammy escapes. Darien hears news of Yammy and becomes his vigilante persona known as Tuxedo Mask but is captured by Yammy and taken to Grimmjow and Ulquiorra. Aizen's Sergeants in arms. Ryo at half strength joins Cye, Sage, Kento, and Rowen who find the hideout. A battle erupts with Rowen and Sage battling Grimmjow, Cye and Kento taking on Ulquiorra, and Ryo battling Yammy. Ulquiorra and Grimmjow get the best of the four Ronins as they are on the ground but Rowen shoots one of his arrows at Grimmjow enabling them to track the two back to Aizen. Ryo is able to stop Yammy simultaneously rescuing Darien and the parents. The Ronins then celebrate their victory at Trax as Sean calls the next day in his car driving in Detroit. They hope to team again soon. As Sean is driving he opens up a mysterious suitcase with an alien compartment inside. The Alien object comes alive and latches onto Sean as his car crashes. Back in Chicago the Ronins return to the hut in ruins as Kira is missing. Talpa shows up and the Ronins prepare to defend themselves as the episode ends.

10. Head of State

Talpa shows up at the Ronins hut and claims to mean them no harm. The Ronins attack him anyways but, deems too much for them which busts Sage’s head wide open. Sage is then rushed to the hospital as Talpa tells the Ronins that he needs their help in freeing Kira. Ryo is suspicious and doesn’t trust him but the Ronins minus Sage go follow Talpa anyways while Mia stays with Sage. They are sent to Hueco Mundo, Mexico where Cye asks how Talpa knows where they are taking Kira in which Talpa replies that he has sources. The Ronins that spot one of Aizen’s cargo trucks stashing Kira. A highway battle erupts between the Espada and the Ronins as Talpa goes after Aizen himself. Meanwhile, someone from Mia's past arrives and gives her dire news of the death of her parents. The highway battle continues in Mexico between the Ronins and the Espada led by Grimmjow. Rowen, Ryo, Cye, and Kento manage to demolish most of the Aizen’s vehicles and Rowen ultimately finds Kira and saves her. Rowen then turns his attention to Grimmjow and gets in a fist fight with the latter getting the best of him. Cale enters the fray and chases Ryo but is driven off by Kento. Kira reunites with the Ronins but refuses to go with Talpa. The guys return home and Sage is in the process of healing. Episode ends with Aizen and Talpa battling in which Talpa escapes. Aizen then decides to war with Ronins in Chicago.


11. Follow The Buzzards (WWE Stable The Wyatt Family Guest Stars)
After the Ronins minus Sage rescue Kira from Aizen and his army the team returns home finding Sage at half strength. Mia is still trying to figure out what happened to her parents before her birth. Shifting to Hueco Mundo, Aizen is meeting with Bray Wyatt and his flock as he plans on taking Kira again. The Wyatts arrive in Chicago and encounter Rowen at Brunswick. Bo Dallas starts a fist fight with Rowen as Eric Rowan takes Felicia mistaking her for Kira. Bray Wyatt comes from behind Rowen and knocks him out with a beer bottle as the Wyatt Family escape. Mia and Detective Morgan team up to find Felicia only to find the Wyatts hideout at an old tore down house. Morgan contacts the Ronins and meets him at the house as Mia returns back to the hut. The Ronins barges in only to be intercepted by Braun Strowman, Bo Dallas, and Erick Rowan. Rowen, Kento, Cye, and a half strength Sage blitz them and a battle breaks out. Through the chaos Ryo finds Bray Wyatt praying. The evil cult leader attacks Ryo and battles him. Sage and Kento manage to shock Erick Rowan into barbed wire and Cye defeats Strowman as he falls through a hole in the floor. Rowen defeats Bo Dallas and finds Felicia locked in a room tied up. Ryo then defeats Bray in a lengthy fist fight knocking him out. Morgan comes in with police and arrests Bray as he is the only surviving member of the Wyatts. Episode ends with Ryo receiving visions from a past time period in relation to the Ancient One.

12. The Sword and The Rose
Ice escapes from jail with assistance from Ulquiorra, who pays him $1 million to return Kira to Aizen's dead or alive. Darien then insists in assisting Ryo and the others in which Ryo agrees to while Sage is still recovering. While on the mission Darien under his Tuxedo Mask persona, goes after Ice while the Ronins battle a squad of Espada only for Darien to have Ice escape and retreat. Meanwhile, Mia is still searching for answers on her parents death with Sage’s assistance; they find something interesting about what happened years ago. As the hunt for Ice continues Darien begins to have second thoughts of the hero business. During another encounter with Ice and the Espada who track down Kira to a local coffee shop, Darien battles Ice again. The former Dynasty Mercenary gets the upper hand on Darien as he is almost knocked into the road. Ryo, Rowen, Cye, and Kento then give Darien a boost after revealing their identities to him while battling the Espada. As a confidence boost, Darien gets back up and fights back. He is then able to subdue Ice as the rest of the Espada flee. As the episode ends Ryo continues to have visions of The Ancient One’s past.

13. Past, Present, and Future
Kira is forced to assist the Ronins in a raid in capturing a drug lord named Mace. During the raid Ryo is injected with a drug known as Blackwater. Mace is captured and Cye finds out that Sedusa is Mace’s girlfriend. Mia then asks Morgan to look into the autopsy of one of the victims to a massacre hoping to connect it to her parents death. Meanwhile, Sedusa ambushes the precinct to find Mace taking hostages forcing Ryo to confront her while Sage, Rowen, Cye, and Kento hold the S.W.A.T team at bay. Symptoms of the Blackwater drug take effect and Ryo begins having visions of the Ancient One’s past, present and future. Kira goes to rescue the hostages but is overpowered by Sedusa and demands Ryo exchange Mace for one of the hostages. Ryo and the Ronins deliver Mace but he is killed in a crossfire with S.W.A.T and Mace’s gang. Morgan ultimately arrests Sedusa after Kira stops her. Mia finds an autopsy and notices a symbol of winged skull. Episode ends with Ryo having visions but, when he can’t wake up he finds himself trapped in feudal Japan.

14. Time Travel
Mia and the four remaining Ronins find Ryo in deep sleep. Mia then notifies her friend who is a nurse in order to help wake Ryo up with medication. Ryo's vision is explored in Japan in which he is in the midst of a battle between the Ancient One’s clan and the Dynasty. Ryo, about to get sliced, but is saved by a young General who goes by the name of Iroh. They escape the battle and Iroh explains to Ryo the Dynasty and Ancient One’s clan hatred for each other. The episode then shifts back to the present day, as Mia’s friend arrives with medication for Ryo to take. Meanwhile, in feudal Japan Ryo and Iroh are ambushed by Dynasty warriors who locate their hideout. During the battle General Iroh uses his fire-bending skills to defeat most of the Dynasty. Ryo, amazed, wants to learn but, before Iroh can teach him, his mind starts teleporting back to the present day. Ryo then wakes up with his friends at his bedside. He then announces that he is taking a trip to Singapore in search of Iroh to learn firebending. The episode ends with Ryo packing up ready to leave for Singapore. An Espada watches the hut unknown to the Ronins.


15. Ancient History
Ryo packs up to head to Singapore in order to find Iroh so he could teach him firebending. As he is packing Mia tells him to be careful and promises to keep the Ronins in check while he is away. Another reason, Ryo is going to Singapore is so that he could visit his girlfriend and spend time with her. Cye then installs a mini cam in his sunglasses that way Ryo could still participate on the missions while he is not here in Chicago. Meanwhile, Rowen decides to become an ebay marketer and gets Sage to accompany him in picking up a rare jewel in order to sell on ebay. Rowen and Sage arrive at their friend Rahm’s house and pick up the jewel but, at the same time have to contend with the Dynasty who are also after the jewel. After a lengthy battle at Rahm’s house, Sage and Rowen are able to hold their own with the Dynasty. In the process, Rahm tells Rowen to keep the jewel safe as it may fall into the wrong hands. Ryo finishes packing and leaves for the airport. He gets in his cab and drives off to the airport. Little does Ryo know that he is being followed by Cale as he secretly follows him to Singapore. As the episode ends, Mia begins having nightmares of some sort of massacre and wakes up screaming.


16. From Out of The Past
After mysterious threats plague Chicago such as bomb threats at the Willis tower, Soldier field and Navy Pier, Rukia and Renji place CPD and the Ronins on high alert. As the city divides, Kira arrives at a school orientation at UIC where three espada shooters wearing skull masks working with Aizen start massacring the school shooting everyone on site. Gunshots are heard outside as Sage rushes in to rescue Kira with Rowen following in pursuit. A shooter on the rooftop fires as Cye and Darien as the two quickly rush the injured to safety. Meanwhile Ryo lands in Singapore and arrives at a mysterious hut belonging to Iroh and hears about the massacre happening in Chicago watching CNN. Back in Chicago Darien and Cye rescue a man shot as Rukia kills the shooter on the rooftop. Sage and Rowen then escort Kira and other civilians out through the back of the school. The second shooter appears and Rowen fires his crossbow giving enough time for Sage, Kira and the rest of the people to escape. Renji, accompanied by SWAT, arrives and takes out the second shooter. Kento enters looking for more people already armored and finds a wounded student. The third espada shooter arrives and the two get into a fist fight. Kento knocks the rifle out of his hand and SWAT arrives shooting him dead. Kento takes the wounded student and the four Ronins are saved. Renji unmasks him revealing himself to be Gantenbainne Mosqueda. In China Ryo is relieved of the situation as Iroh introduces himself. Episode ends with Cale watching Ryo and Iroh from a far away waiting for the right moment to strike.


17. A Decent Proposal
Ryo and Iroh start their firebending training. During the training session Ryo makes a decision to propose to his girlfriend after finding out that she is in Singapore for vacation. Iroh hears about this and decides to give Ryo a break in order to prepare him for the proposal. Meanwhile, back in Chicago Kira, Mia and the Ronins attend a hotel party where Darien is celebrating his 21st birthday party. It is then broken up when Dordoni Alessandro Del Soccasio arrives hunting for Kira. Cye and Sage try to hold him off while Kento, Rowen, Mia, and Darien escape with Kira. Dordoni then steals a car and tries to run Cye and Sage over. Rowen and the others find another vehicle as a car chase ensues with the Ronins jumping out from building to building. Sage and Cye then manage to take out one of the tires causing him to crash. Dordoni exists and is about to shoot Kira but Kento knocks the gun out of his hands with Rowen putting an arrow through his shoulder. CPD and take him into custody Dordoni then warns the ronins about Aizen’s plan to purge the city. He also says that Aizen will not stop until Kira is long and dead. Back in Singapore Ryo meets with his Girlfriend and proposes in which she says yes. Afterwards Ryo and Iroh continue their training. During the episode's end Cale arrives and attacks the Iroh’s Hut. Ryo armors up and a standoff ensues.

18. In The Line of Fire
The episode starts and Ryo charges at Cale beginning the fight. Ryo’s girlfriend takes cover as both Ryo and the Dynasty Warlord are evenly matched. Dynasty warriors swarm Iroh’s hut as the old man prepares to defend himself. Meanwhile, back in Chicago help Mia dwelve into the mysterious terrorist organization known as Shadoloo who is suspected of killing Mia’s parents during an explosion at the US embassy located in Hong Kong. The team then learns that the terrorist organization follows a religious way causing them to go to war with people who don’t believe in their God. Back at Singapore, Ryo and Cale continue their battle as more Dynasty warriors swarm the hut. Iroh using his firebending manages to defeat every single one of them leaving no one to escape. Ryo’s girlfriend sees this and is amazed with what she just witnessed. Cale then gets the upper hand on Ryo as he has his sword to his throat. Ryo then remembers his Firebending training and throws Cale off a cliff. Cale holds on to the ledge as Ryo asks for his hand. Cale refuses stating that the Dynasty and the Ronins will always be enemies no matter what. Cale let’s go of the ledge and free falls to his death. The following day, Ryo packs his thing ready to go back. He thanks Iroh for the training and wishes him luck in the future. His girlfriend decides to go with him back to Chicago. Episode ends with Aizen finally arriving in Chicago ready to go to war. 


19. The Origin of Ronin
Ryo and his girlfriend return home to Chicago awaiting for a cab to come get them at O’hare airport. In response to stopping the school massacre, Aizen attacks the Four Ronins at the hut and steals Kira. Aizen uses Kira to head over to Detroit to steal a blackout disruptor at Zeus industries where Chelsea and Deke work that will allow him to release all the criminals in the city to start a purge. Knowing this Ryo tracks Aizen discovering that he has kidnapped Kira and rescues her. As the two are trying to escape, they are stopped by Gin who is mortally wounded as Rowen shoots him in the shoulder with an arrow. Meanwhile, Ryo reveals Aizen’s plan to Mia and goes to Zeus industries to have Deke create a counter disruptor for the blackout. Meanwhile, Darien’s other love interest Serena investigates Ryo and the others in being the samurai vigilantes after finding Darien’s mask next to his bedside. It is finally revealed to her that Darien and Tuxedo Mask are the same person. Detective Morgan later is placed on the case of bringing the Ronins in as his supervisor deems them a threat to everyone in Chicago. In flashbacks, the Ronin's armor is created and tells the backstory on how the war between the Dynasty and Ancient One’s clan began. Episode finally ends as Aizen’s army is ready to burn Chicago to the ground and to rid the world of the Ancient’s one clan for good.



20. Warpath of Roses
When a woman is found with her eyes gouged out, Morgan contacts the Ronins as they are the only ones able to stop him before he murders another victim. Kira staying put, decides that she and Mia need a girls night out after being invited by Rukia. Ryo and Rowen begin to ask the victim’s friends who say she walked home by herself. Cye visits a morgue and sees the corpse of the dead body. He deduces that there was a struggle between the victim and the killer himself. At the restaurant, Sage and Kento stand guard as another lady heads out by herself. She gets into a car as the driver begins to lock the door. The lady bangs hard on the window as Sage and Kento see this and chase after the car. The lady breaks the window and escapes. The cab driver turns around and tries to run the girl over but is saved by Sage and Kento. Meanwhile back in Chicago, Kira contemplates moving to another city but Mia asks her to join the team. Back in Buffalo Grove Cye manages to track the cab driver to an abandoned gas station where another victim is captured. Just as he is about to kill her, Cye arrives and battles him. They brawl all over the station with the killer getting the upperhand. The killer then grabs a crowbar and is about to finish him off when Rowen shoots him in the shoulder with an arrow. Ryo and the others arrive and free the victim as she reunites with her family. The episode ends with Morgan returning home as Aizen stabs him to death delivering a message to the Ronins.


21. City of Purgatory
When Detective Morgan’s body is found dead at his house,Ryo goes missing. Mia and Cye enlist the help of Rukia and Renji to track him down. At the wake Sage, Rowen, and Kento encounter Morgan’s DA daughter as she vows to put down the Ronins for good for involving her father into this. Cye and Mia locate Ryo at his personal hideout where he plans to go after Aizen. Grimmjow arrives and destroys the whole hut in search for Kira in which she luckily escapes and forces her to leave Chicago once and for all. Ulquiorra and a fleet of Espada arrive at city hall and begin incapacitating board members with their blades. Rowen, Kento and Sage hear the commotion outside as Espada members begin to lay waste to everyone and everything on site. Ryo, having no choice, decides to confront the Espada on his own but, both Cye and Mia stop him. Darien suits up and joins the Ronins in the upcoming battle with Aizen and his army. Ryo’s plan backfires after a fight with one of Aizen’s espadas and finds himself cornered by a squad of Espada as prepares to defend himself. Aizen’s army begins their havoc from the union station to CPD, and finally around the streets of Chicago. Cye is confronted by Grimmjow who is ready to finish him off. Episode ends with Kira being cornered by an Espada at Union Station.

22. Streets of Rage
As the Espada continues to terrorize the city, Mia runs over an Espada as he gets the upper hand on Cye. Talpa returns to the city and saves Kira from an Espada from Union Station and kills his opponent stabbing him through the heart with a sword. At the funeral home, Grimmjow and Ulquiorra bring a squad of Espada with them only to be met with Sage, Kento, and Rowen as a fight breaks out. Ryo escapes the squad and rendezvouses with Cye. Aizen reveals to Gin and Kwame that he plans to burn the entire city to the ground as the two former members are disgusted with his actions. He still plans to search for Kira as his war against the Ancient’s clan reaches a breaking point. Back at the funeral home Rowen battles Grimmjow while Sage and Kento take on Ulquiorra. Grimmjow and Rowen take their battle to the third floor in which Rowen defeats him by throwing him down an elevator shaft as Ulquiorra escapes. Meanwhile, Mia tries to contact the DA’s office in order to notify everyone to evacuate the city. She agrees but vows to take The Ronins down after the fiasco is done. The Ronins then reunite at the hut in which they are joined by Darien, Kira, Kwame, Gin, Rukia, Renji, Talpa and a squad of Dynasty Warriors ready to go to war with Aizen and his Espada. Episode ends and shifts to The Soul Society as the plan to nuke Chicago in order to prevent Aizen and his Espada from reaching the other countries.


23. Tomorrow Never Ends- Season Finale
Aizen’s army arrives and spreads throughout the whole city searching for Kira. Back at the hut Ryo and the others devise a battle plan as they divide up into four groups in order to take back the city from Aizen and his Espada. Leading a squad of Dynasty Warriors Gin and Kwame, and Sage confronts Ulquiorra and a squad of Espada. Gin and Kwame end up beheading Ulquiorra as Sage realizes that he was giving Aizen enough time to escape. Meanwhile Rowen, Rukia, and Renji go to the Soul Society to stop head captain Byakua Kuchiki from nuking Chicago. Kira is then abducted from the hut with Talpa seriously injured. Ryo and the Ronins lead the charge against the rest of the Espada as they managed to defeat them all in a battle by lakeshore drive near downtown. Ryo then outsmarts Aizen in kidnapping Mia. He then proceeds to challenge Aizen into a street fight. Ryo defeats him by burning his sword and piercing his arm forcing the villain to surrender. Ryo gets Byakuya to call off the nukes. Towards the end of the episode Aizen is placed in Soul Society custody. Ryo, Rowen, Cye, Kento, and Sage decide to take time off and go their separate ways in Avengers like fashion until they are needed again. The final shots are the Ronin’s armors encased in glass cases until the next mission begins.
