Ray begins skating through the freshly spacious courtyard of Deer Tech High on a bright and sunny day. The entire student body gathers around as Ray does a 180 kickflip landing on a park bench where a girl dressed in a Yellow jacket and jean shorts is seducing a male student. The crowd cheers as Ray continues skating through courtyard. Walking inside the school, Ms. Spinelli the assistant Principal takes notice of the student body in the courtyard pushing through students getting to the front of the crowd. The cheers of the crowd erupts as Ray is about make his grand finale. As Ray 360 flips off the park bench Ms. Spinelli stands in between him and his landing target causing him to fall flat on his face.
"Mr. Sagawa you know the rules about skateboarding at school!" Ms. Spinelli yells as she grabs Ray the back of shirt picking him off the the ground.
"Hey Spinelli. Do you wanna try?" Ray innocently says as Ms. Spinelli she pulls Ray by the arm taking the skateboard with her.
Walking through hallways of the student body Ray sees the yellow jacket girl staring at him as Ms. Spinelli drags Ray through the hallway. During the walk, Ray thinks back to the night of his Dad's death. As Ray remembers walking downstairs to the kitchen finding his Dad sipping on a bottle of Corona and 20 beer bottles scattered around the kitchen table.
"Dad are you okay?" Ray asks.
"Who the hell is there?!" His dad yells throwing the beer bottle on the floor.
"It's me relax!" Ray answers picking up his dad's last bottle and throwing it into the trash can.
"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" Ray's dad yells smashing another beer bottle on the floor.
Ray's mom Marian comes downstairs after hearing the beer bottle shattering on the floor. Looking at Ray, Marian shakes her head as she grabs the broom and the dust pan from the supply closet sweeping the numerous beer bottles on the floor. Ray's dad gets up from his seat as he turns to walk away.
"Jimmy. Ray. Mind telling me what's going on here?" Marian asks.
"What's going on is that your husband is drunk again!" Ray yells slamming the refrigerator door.
Jimmy turns around clenching his hand into a fist, running towards his son. Ray readies himself as Jimmy is about to take a swing at him. Before things could get out of hand Marian stops Jimmy pulling his arm back.
"Jimmy stop! That's your son!" Marian pleads.
"I have no son! Not a good one for that matter." Jimmy says, smirking at Ray.
Back in the Principal's office Ray comes back to reality as he is about to shed a tear as he remembers his Dad calling him a useless son. Ray looks around the waiting room and sees a brown haired student staring at him. Ray stares back at him and wonders why he's staring at him. The student then starts tinkering with his cellphone. Ray stands up from his seat and walks up to the student taking the seat next him.
"So who the hell are you?" Ray asks him
"The name is Zeke. It looked like you were about to cry back at your seat. Are you okay?" He asks.
"Yeah, I am and I wasn't about to cry." Ray asks.
"Yeah okay I believe you." Zeke says laughing.
"Just shut the hell up. Just what are you in here for anyways?" Ray asks.
"Destroying the microwave in the cafeteria." Zeke answers.
Ms. Spinelli opens the door motioning for Ray to come in. Ray gets up from his seat walking into the Principal's office. Entering the Principal's office he can see it is well organized with the papers neatly stacked on the left side of his desk and pen all neatly placed in a pen case. Principal Blaze walks in and sits at his desk opening the left top drawer taking out a file with Ray name at the top right hand corner. Principal Blaze looks at Ray concerning with a suspicious look on his face.
"Mr. Sagawa this is the fifteenth time seeing you in my office this month. One more I will have no choice, but to suspend you." Principal Blaze warns.
"What! That's a load of crap!" Ray yells
"Unless you take a special ROTC program right here in school. It's your choice." Principal Blaze suggests swiftly moving the file in front of Ray's face.
Ray stares at the file thinking about the option of the ROTC program. He then looks at Principal Blaze with his hands folded together and takes a deep breath. Ray swiftly moves the file back towards Principal Blaze and stares him dead in the eyes.
"What do I have to do?" Ray asks.
Principal Blaze stares at Ray with a smile, placing his file back into his desk. Standing up, Principal Blaze motions Ray to follow him towards the door. Before, Blaze could give Ray a response back, a loud explosion could be heard outside of his office. Principal Blaze furiously opens his office door and sees his whole staff arising from their desks as smoke spreads through the room. Zeke then slowly appears behind Ms. Spinelli's chair with his hand up in the air as though he was surrendering.
"That's my bad, that's on me!" Zeke says pointing to himself.
Principal Blaze stares at Zeke with a smirk on his face before turning to Ray who slowly walks out of Blaze's office and shuts the door.
"Well Mr. Sagawa, I think you and Mr. Stone would be perfect for the program." Principal Blaze says as Zeke and Ray stare at each other.
On the highway heading towards I-94, two cargo trucks loaded with at least 2 dozen armed soldiers wearing military combat gear stops at the stops at a traffic light; each soldier wearing a ski mask and holding RAP4's in their hands. A man emerging from the truck with short black hair and scar on his left eye looks at the soldiers.
"Alright men today we take back the city that was once ours. A city in which everyone has forgotten about you. We are here because your loved ones and everyone has abandoned you as our main goal is to make the city ours again. We start with a facility that was taken from us by a former comrade." The man says.
The cargo truck starts moving again as the ski-masked armed soldiers await their designated target. The Scar faced man then puts on a white mask concealing his identity, so that witness will not be able ID him to the authorities. The soldiers rise to their feet cheering the mysterious masked on waving their guns in guns in the air.
Back at Deer Tech Ray and Zeke are sitting on the benches inside the dark rusty gymnasium. Principal Blaze walks in wearing military gear as Zeke and Ray look confused at what was going on. Getting up from his seat, Ray walks up Principal Blaze staring at him inside the empty gymnasium.
"Principal where the hell is everybody?" Ray asks.
"And why are we the only three in here?" Zeke adds tinkering with his headphones.
Looking at both Ray and Zeke, Principal Blaze grabs a chair and sits down. He takes a deep breath, staring at the ground and responds.
"Well this program is a secret program designed to train an elite team known as Strikeforce. I chose you two because, I know if the armors were to fall into the wrong hands, I don't know what it could mean for the rest of Vernon Grove." Blaze replies.
"Armors. What kind of armors?" Zeke curiously asks, placing his headphones in his left pocket.
Principal Blaze takes out two watches both with each with different bird symbols. One watch has the shape of a Red Cardinal's head, while the watch has the shape of a blue. Ray and Zeke stare at each other as the two of them grab the watches from Blaze's hands. Gazing at the watch he grabbed Ray stares deeply into the Red Cardinal symbol. Zeke was tinkering with his watch trying to figure out how it worked.
Outside of Deer Tech High, the two cargo trucks that were driving on the highway arrive at the entrance of the school. Walking by the front cargo truck, the school security guard knocks on the driver's window. The driver rolls down the window glancing at the school security guard with a cynical look on his face.
"Excuse me sir, can I help you?" The security asks the cargo truck driver.
"Actually you can." The cargo truck driver answers as he pulls out, shooting the security guards dead.
The soldiers from both cargo trucks bursting out of the back of the vehicles attacking teachers and staff entering the school. Using their RAP4's the soldiers open fire on the incoming traffic forcing civilians to exit their vehicles. The military soldiers make their way through the front doors of the school kicking through the glass doors. The students, teachers, and the rest of the faculty scatter in panic as the military soldiers shooting most of the faculty. Back in the gymnasium Zeke, Ray, and Principal Blaze can hear the commotion going on in hallways. Blaze slightly opens the door seeing a squad of military soldiers roaming the hallway with RAP4's in hand. Quickly closing the door, he looks at Ray and Zeke as they place their watches on their wrists.
"Ray. Zeke. You two better go." Principal Blaze commands as Ray and Zeke glance at one another confused.
"What the hell are you going to do?" Ray asks
"I'm going to do my best to hold them off." Principal Blaze answers as military soldiers enter the gymnasium.
"Wait a minute!" Zeke yells.
Getting into a fighting stance Principal Blaze readies himself as the fleet of military soldiers. Making a run for the boy's locker room Ray and Zeke barge through the doors as the military soldiers open fire as the bullet pelt down the door. The fleet breaks into two groups with half of the group staying to detain Principal and the other half going after Ray and Zeke. Principal Blaze stares the military group dead in their eyes. The gymnasium had all the resources needed for Blaze to single handedly take out the military soldiers.
"If you're looking for me. I'm not going down that easily." Blaze says running towards the military soldiers.
Jumping in the air Blaze kicks one of the soldiers out of the gymnasium. The other soldiers proceed to attack as Blaze backfist strikes another soldier in the face. He then grabs a hockey stick twirling it above his head smacking two more soldiers on the ground. In the locker room Ray and Zeke could hear the gunfire happening inside the hallways of the school. Zeke glances at Ray as his face is determined with darkness. Confused, Zeke decides to grab a baseball bat randomly lying next to him as Soldiers swarm the locker room.
"Hey man are you okay?" Zeke asks, tapping Ray on the shoulder.
"Yeah I am." Ray answers.
Still crouched down in the locker room Ray remembers his dad's lifeless body being loaded up in the back of the ambulance battered and bloodied. Ray's mind returns back to the locker room as one of the soldiers points his RAP4 straight at Ray's head. Without thinking, Ray quickly knocks the gun out of the soldier's grip flipping him to the ground. Zeke then uses the bat and cracks another soldier in the face. Ray and Zeke head for the door as the soldiers chase after them. Ray furious swings the door open as the soldier catches up to them, but Zeke cracks him with the baseball bat knocking him out cold. Entering the gymnasium Ray slams the locker room door as Zeke uses the baseball bat as a lock to hold them inside. Inside the gymnasium, the two find all of the soldiers knocked out with Blaze nowhere in sight.
"Okay what the hell is going on here?" Zeke asks Ray.
"Besides soldiers attacking the school and psycho ninja Principal on the loose. Your guess is as good as mine." Ray answers as the boy's locker room door is about to break.
Sweat starts running down Ray's face as Zeke gets in a fighting stance ready to fight their way through the school if necessary. Looking at Zeke, Ray stares at the watch and sees writing engraved on the side of it. Ray places the watch closer to his face reading the inscription on the side.
"Strikeforce Armor on." Ray reads.
Suddenly a flash of light surrounds Ray as Zeke covers his eyes. Armor then begins to latch on to him as a surge of energy powers up the armor. Zeke releases his hands from his eyes and sees a fully armored Ray dressed in black with a utility belt, gauntlet like arms, and a red helmet shaped like a bird. Around his neck was a dark red cape like Batman. Amazed Zeke walks up to him and pokes him curiously on the elbow.
"Dude is that you?" Zeke asks.
"Yeah man it's me." Ray says as Zeke looks at his watch.
"Cool let me try." Zeke says.
Zeke places his watch closer to his face as the door locker room breaks open as the military soldiers burst through. Ray takes a fighting stance as he glances at Zeke who is still trying to activate his watch.
"Man, if you're going to do something you better do it now!" Ray exclaims.
"Strikeforce Armor On!" Zeke exclaims.
The same surge of energy surrounds Zeke as bonds with the white light. Armor begins latching onto him piece by piece as Ray watches in amazement. As the energy fades away Ray sees a fully armored Zeke dressed like him. The only difference was the color of the helmet and the cape which was dark blue. The two take notice of a military soldier coming in for an attack as Zeke throws a hook and sends the soldier flying into gymnasium stands. Another soldier attacks, but Ray decks him with a powerful clothesline. Ray and Zeke look at each other confused trying to figure how to control their armors. The other military soldiers pull out their RAP4's pointing them at Ray and Zeke. Ray and Zeke's helmets abruptly start showing them all sorts of weapons, from sabers to blasters.
"Hey man, are you seeing this?" Ray asks Zeke.
"Yeah I'm seeing, but still working on believing." Zeke answers.
"Well, let's do some damage then." Ray says.
"Strikeforce Blaster!" Zeke exclaims as a futuristic handgun appears in his hand in a flash of light.

The military soldiers opened fire causing Ray and Zeke to dive in opposite directions. The two return fire blasting the military soldiers stunning them to the ground. They then point their blasters towards the gymnasium firing at the door as another fleet is taken down. Walking out of the gymnasium two confront the soldiers in the lobby as the faculty stares at them. The fleet attacks as a soldier attacks Ray with a knife, but Ray knocks the knife away, smashing the soldier's head into the glass case. Zeke and Ray take a fighting stance as the rest of the squad charges into attack. Zeke split kicks two incoming soldiers connecting with a spin kick to both of them. Ray blocks a front kick from an incoming soldier spinning him to the ground. Using teamwork Zeke irish whips another soldier towards Ray roundhouse kicking him to the ground. As the last soldier attacks, Ray and Zeke double superkicks the last soldier in the face. Ray then spots the leader motioning him for a fight.
"I guess you're next." Ray says, pointing at the white masked man.
"Perhaps some other time. I see Blaze still needs soldiers to fight his battles." The white masked man says as he walks away.
"Who are you and how do you know our Principal?" Zeke asks.
The white masked man continues to walk away as Zeke points his blaster at him. Ray puts his hand up.
"Not today man." Ray says as Zeke lowers his blaster.
"What now?" Zeke asks.
"Don't know, but something tells us we haven't seen the last of him." Ray answers.
After school closes down early Ray returns home, still having his watch on his wrist. He sees mom dressed up really nice with black heels. Astonished, he heads upstairs as his mom is halfway out the door.
"Where are you going to dress so nice?" Ray asks with a smile on his face.
"I met someone while at work and he's taking me out to dinner." She says.
"That's great mom. I hope you have a tonight." Ray tells her as the honking of the date's car is heard outside of the Sagawa household.
"Okay hun, I gotta go." Marian says exiting the house.
Marian walking to her date's car enters his vehicle giving a hug to her date. Her date starts his car and glances at her smiling. Reaching her face, he caresses Marian's face gently.
"So ready to go?" Her date asks, revealing him to be the scar faced man in charge of the attack on the school.
